Who is this for?
- School-aged children and teens who show signs of advanced cognitive abilities and are seeking assessment for gifted program placement or enrichment opportunities to support their child’s learning potential
- Adults who are curious about their intellectual abilities
You may notice your child or teen has a remarkable memory, boundless curiosity, an advanced vocabulary, or an exceptional ability to solve novel problems. Along with these impressive abilities, your child or teen may seem bored or unmotivated at school, or feel emotions deeply. Perhaps you notice some of these within yourself and are curious about your intellectual skills.

Our Gifted Testing Process:
Intake interview with the primary caregiver(s), or adult client to gather a history and understand your goals
Standardized, in-person testing:
• The Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children – Fifth Edition (WISC-V) or Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale – Fourth Edition (WAIS-IV) over one, two-hour session, is used to assess intellectual and cognitive functioning.
• Academic testing through the Wechsler Individual Achievement Test – Fourth Edition (WIAT-4) is also available for an additional fee for parents seeking to understand their child or teen's academic achievement, or if required by their school board.
